Use this section to test your ticket or any purchase page prior to marketing out to your donors and purchasers.
Create a Test Ticket
Event Tickets > Modify Tickets > Add Individual Ticket
Use a test ticket to preview the ticket purchase experience before marketing your event.
To Create a Test Ticket

Add an Individual Ticket

Enter a Test Ticket Name

Example: TEST Ticket

-
Enter $1 for the Price
-
Set Visible to Yes
-
Save your changes
Test the Purchase Experience

Click the Ticket Page URL / Link

Open the link in a new browser tab
-
Complete the checkout process as if you were a purchaser
After completing your purchase, review the receipt and confirmation email to ensure the messaging appears as expected.
To update the Email Receipt text, go to:
Event Tickets > Ticket Page Settings > Customizable Content

To update the Logo at top of Email Receipt, go to:
Software Settings > Event Settings > Logo
