Getting Started with HelloFund Auction
This page will walk you through the basic setup of your HelloFund event — from creating your event in admin to configuring your key settings
​To create a new event in HelloFund:

Log in at https://hellofund.io/admin/login.php

Click the blue + Add Event button

Enter the Event Keyword and Event Name

Select the Event Start Date, Closing Date, Support Date, and Time Zone

Choose a Primary Event Admin

You can change this later or add multiple users

If this is a brand-new event with HelloFund:

Select Event Content
-
Choose Start with default data

Duplicating an event can save time when creating a similar event. When duplicating, we recommend carrying over the following options:

Merchant Account

Auction Settings
-
Landing Page Settings
-
Ticket Pages
-
Composed Texts
-
Composed Emails
-
Custom CSS
Important:

Do NOT check Move all ticket sales from the selected event.
