For Auction Starter partners:
Laptops with a USB port
Purchase Card Readers HERE
If using an iPad, you can purchase a USB C to USB Adapter with the Card Readers above. Please TEST once you receive both the adapter and Card Reader.
NOTE: HelloFund recommends at least 1 Laptop / Card Reader per 100 guests. In addition, it is highly recommended to TEST Check-In prior to event night.
For Essential and Premium partners:
NONE. Your HelloFund Onsite Rep will bring Laptops, Card Readers, Bid Cards (Simple with Bid Number Only...unless you create your own), Recording Sheets for Paddles Up and train your volunteers and staff for Check-In that night.
