How to Bid Guide with HelloFund's Virtual Auction

While HelloFund’s Virtual Auction is super simple to use, we wanted to create a step-by-step guide for you to share with your Bidders and Donors leading up to your event.

To bid at Your Event Name, click on the following link: https://keyword.hellofund.io

Insert Email or Phone Number

Now you’re ready to start bidding on the wonderful items!

To bid on an auction package, click Bid/Info and select Fast Bid or Bid/Set Max

Once a selection is made, you will receive a message to confirm that you want to make that bid.

LIVE STREAM

If there is a Live Stream component to your event, you will want to direct your Bidders to click on the Live button in the Top Bar

BID LIVE

Once the Live Auction begins, you will want to direct your Bidders to click on the Green Bid Live button

Once a Bidder clicks on Bid Live, they can bid on the current Live Auction package as well as move the Live Stream video within the desktop. If using a mobile device, the live stream will appear in the top 1/3 of their phone.

When the Auctioneer starts the Fund A Need/Paddles Up, the Bidder will click on the Donate button to select the current level being discussed.

PAY FOR PURCHASES AND DONATIONS

Once the auction is complete, Bidder will hit Pay/Shopping Cart to review items and donations to complete their purchase
