Last Updated: July 29, 2026
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
HelloFund, Inc. ("HelloFund," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you use the HelloFund platform at app.hellofund.com, our website at hellofund.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy. If you have questions, contact us at support@hellofund.com.
This Policy applies to two types of users:

-
"End Users" or "Donors" — individuals who interact with a Customer's public-facing fundraising pages to make donations, purchase tickets, buy products, enter raffles, or otherwise participate in fundraising activities.
We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact support@hellofund.com and we will promptly remove it.

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect this information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may not function properly without them. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand platform usage.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We receive limited information from third-party service providers in connection with providing the Services, including payment status and delivery confirmations from Stripe, Twilio, and Resend.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
3.1 With Customers (regarding End User data)
When an End User donates, purchases tickets, buys products, enters a raffle, or interacts with a Customer's fundraising page, we share that End User's information with the Customer who operates that page. This includes contact information, transaction history, and form responses. Customers use this data to manage their fundraising activities and communicate with their donors.
3.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who help us deliver the Services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only as directed by us:
Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing and Stripe Connect for Customer payouts. End User payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe and never passes through HelloFund's servers in unencrypted form.
Twilio (twilio.com) — SMS message delivery. We share phone numbers and message content with Twilio to send text messages.
Resend (resend.com) — transactional and lifecycle email delivery. We share email addresses and email content with Resend.
Supabase (supabase.com) — database and authentication infrastructure. Customer and End User data is stored on Supabase-managed servers.
Vercel (vercel.com) — platform hosting and deployment.
Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — DNS, security, and performance.
Sentry (sentry.io) — error monitoring. Limited technical data is shared to identify and resolve platform issues.
3.3 With Other Users
If a Customer enables public donor display features (such as a donor scroll or supporter list), End User names and donation amounts may be displayed publicly on the fundraising page. End Users can opt out of public display at checkout.
3.4 For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of HelloFund, our Customers, End Users, or the public.
3.5 Business Transfers
If HelloFund is acquired, merged, or undergoes a change of control, Customer and End User information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any such transfer.
3.6 Aggregated and De-identified Data
We may share aggregated, anonymized data that does not identify any individual with third parties for research, analytics, and platform improvement purposes.
3.7 We Do Not Sell Your Data
HelloFund does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
HelloFund's platform includes SMS messaging capabilities. With respect to SMS:
-
We only send SMS messages to End Users who have explicitly opted in and provided consent
-
Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid TCPA-compliant consent from End Users before sending SMS messages through the platform
-
Every SMS message includes opt-out instructions (reply STOP to unsubscribe)
-
We honor opt-out requests promptly
-
SMS message history and delivery status are logged for operational and compliance purposes
-
We share phone numbers and message content with Twilio solely to deliver messages
For SMS support or to opt out of all HelloFund SMS communications, text STOP to any message or contact support@hellofund.com.

Analytics cookies — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand platform usage
-
Functional cookies — to remember your preferences and settings
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain platform features. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

7. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including:
