Creating a Know before you Go Email is a great way to communicate to your Guests prior to Event Night. To streamline Check In and follow up for donations/payments, the key is to capture as much Guest Info prior to event night. A great way to do this is to send a Know Before you Go email to capture credit card info and highlight some important details for your event. (Want to learn how we do it? LOCATION Fundraising Ranch is located at 1000 Donation Drive, Austin, TX 78738 . The event will be indoors but the grounds are beautiful and we'll have a bar outside so you can enjoy the outdoor space before the program.
