I'm Phil. Over the past 15 years I've worked 1,000+ galas and events for Catholic schools, private schools, and nonprofits raising $25K to $1M+ a night. I started HelloFund because I got tired of watching great organizations get nickel and dimed by software companies that vanish the second something goes wrong on event night.
HelloFund is built to be self-serve — you're in control from day one. Set up your event, go live, and start raising money without waiting on anyone. But when you have a question, you're not getting a call center or a rotating support queue. You're getting me.
I'm also the guy who, ten minutes before dinner, can fire off a text to the whole room: "Dinner is served at 7. You are seated at Table 1. Head to the ballroom now." Little stuff like that is what keeps a night running. That's what HelloFund is.
