1. When you opt in to SMS messaging through HelloFund, text START to (866) 514-3556 — that's 866-514-HELLO — and you will receive a confirmation message.

2. You may receive the following types of messages: login verification codes, event check-in welcome messages, outbid notifications for auction items, event announcements and updates, and payment confirmation messages.

3. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, text START to (866) 514-3556.

4. To get help, reply HELP to any message for instructions and support options.

5. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by event activity. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

6. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
