How to Bid Guide
Below is a step by step guide to share with your community to show them how to bid on HelloFund's Auction platform.
1 Text Message
You will receive a text message from an Admin with your personal bidding link.

2 One-time login code
Bidders will receive a one-time six digit login code to verify their identity.
3 Identity Verification
After you enter your 6 digit login-code, select "Next" and your name will appear in the screen. Select "Continue" to start bidding.
4 View and Bid
Bid on Silent Auction Items, Purchase Raffle Tickets, Sign Up Parties and Donate all in one screen.
5 Bid on Silent Auction
To bid on items, select Bid/Info. A pop up will appear and you have the option to Fast Bid, Set a Max Amount, Buy Now, see Details about the Item as well as Bidding History.
6 Checkout
Once the auction is complete, you can click on the Red Pay button at the top of your screen to view and pay. Once you hit "Submit", you will receive an emailed tax receipt.
